SHIPPING OPTIONS
All of the NON-CLOTHING ITEMS are kept in stock along with the basic T-shirts. These can be shipped out within days of your order. We do not keep an entire stock of the shirts and outer wear. These items need to be ordered as they come in and may require a minimum from us or may come from elsewhere in the country and will require more time to get to you.
The following are some options to help you with your time table and your program budget.
OPTIONS:
1. We can send the in-stock items right away and send the non-stock items as soon as they arrive to us.
2. We can send the in-stock items and any clothing items available within 5 business days to you. If anything is not available at that point, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive to us.
3. We can wait and ship all items once they are all available and keep you posted on the approximate shipping date.
Please let us know in the “comment” section how you would like us to proceed with your order. (You may just enter a number of 1, 2 or 3.) You may contact us anytime and change your option. Let us help you by letting us know how you want us to handle your order.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders are packed and shipped on a rolling basis. All accessories and most T-shirts are stock items and can go right out. Some of the clothing items and personalized items must be ordered and are shipped out to the customer when they arrive to KCP. Usually orders go out within a week and shipping can take 1-4 business days.
What service will be used for mailing my order?
Smaller orders (1 to 13 oz.) are mailed via first class US Mail, small to medium packages (1-5 lbs.) are mailed via Priority Mail and large packages (over 5 pounds) ship via United Postal Service.
How is my shipping and handling calculated?
The weight of the package determines how much the shipping service will charge. A handling fee is added depending upon the time and effort required to package your order.
Do I need to send money when I order?
No. You may pay by credit card at the time of the order or send a personal or church check after your order arrives. An invoice is inserted with the order and it is the recipient's responsibility to see that the invoice gets delivered to the paying party. No separate invoice will be mailed.
How do T-shirts run as far as sizing is concerned?
We use a quality grade all-cotton, pre-shrunk T-shirt. Youth sizes are small (size 6-8), medium (10-12),Large (14-16) and XL (18-20). Adult sizes are small (size 6-8-ladies), medium (10-12 ladies), large (14-16 ladies), XL (18-20 ladies). Shirts are available in 2XL-4XL. Men sizes are the same as normal shirt size.
What about sizing for other clothing items?
Our products come from different companies and their sizing varies. We try to list a description of the fit on the website but recommend that you call if you have specific questions regarding individual items.
Can I get a rush order?
We are willing to do whatever is necessary for you to obtain your items as quickly as possible but recommend that if you desire something in 1 to 2 days that you rethink the "need" since the shipping cost are exorbitant for that kind of service and would challenge our schedule.
What is your return policy?
We will accept anything in return as long as it has not been worn. If there is a flaw or defect with an item, we will give a full refund and/or replace the item and cover the shipping costs. If an item is the wrong size or not needed, you may return for a full refund but the recipient must cover the shipping costs. If we have made an error, we will cover the inconvenience and cover the cost of replacement.
Why are some items delayed in shipping?
Some of the items we order come from companies that require a minimum order before they will ship to us. As a small company, we cannot afford to stock everything in every size. We may need to wait until we have enough items to order before we can request a shipment. We do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible.
Can we order anytime?
Yes, you can place an order online or by email at any time and phone an order during daytime hours. We much prefer that you place orders via the website as this keeps all our records for us.
Do you ever put things on sale or introduce new items?
Yes! We will be running "specials" from time to time and request that you frequent the website so you don't miss them. We will try to email to all our customers when we plan to introduce a "special" sale.
Will your items change prices?
We have set out basic short sleeve white T-shirt for $6.00 and the basic canvas tote bag for $5.00 and our goal is to keep that price firm so that everyone can count on their costs. Many of our clothing items and accessories increase in cost to us each year. Once again, we will try to keep our prices as close to the original for as long as we can.
Can you provide things that are not on the website?
Many times, yes. Please feel free to give us a call. We will be happy to do our best to acquire the items you need if it works well for us too.
