-order canvas bags, lapel pins and any table items (bookmarks, key chains, note pads, pencils etc.) and balloons as needed

AFTER TRAINING
-order children’s t-shirts and mentor shirts as desired

PARTIES, GIFTS AND END-OF-YEAR CELEBRATIONS
-order at least 3 weeks prior to date of event

ALL INVOICES WILL ACCOMPANY THE PRODUCT ORDERS. IT IS THE DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT INVOICES ARE DIRECTED TO THE PROPER CHURCH PERSONNEL TO ENSURE TIMELY PAYMENT

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All of the NON-CLOTHING ITEMS are kept in stock along with the basic T-shirts.  These can be shipped out within days of your order.  We do not keep an entire stock of the shirts and outer wear.  These items need to be ordered as they come in and may require a minimum from us or may come from elsewhere in the country and will require more time to get to you.
The following are some options to help you with your time table and your program budget.
OPTIONS:
1.    We can send the in-stock items right away and send the none-stock items as soon as they arrive to us. 
2.    We can send the in-stock items and any clothing items available within 5 business days to you.  If anything is not available at that point, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive to us.
3.    We can wait and ship all items once they are all available and keep you posted on the approximate shipping date.
