About KCP Products

Hello! This is Kathy. I am a KIDS HOPE USA DIRECTOR just like many of you. I went to training in 2002 and found that the National Office was considering finding someone to provide products for the program. Within a number of months I started KCP Products. Thanks to many of you and your faithful orders, I now have an almost full-time business which I run out of my home. I can't do all of this on my own so I have hired a co-worker, Louise Hazard. Together we pack and ship almost every week day depending upon the demand. Both of us have adjusted our lives so we can keep KCP running smoothly as it continues to grow. Somehow we manage to both do AWANA and MOPS for our church and, while Louise is our Event Coordinator, I co-direct our program with another friend. We take time off for these things and our grandchildren, (okay, husbands and children too). That's why we don't always answer the phone when it rings.

We want you to know that you and your program needs are important to us. Getting orders out to you in a timely fashion is a high priority to us and if you have to wait, it's not because we aren't working. We may be waiting for the items to get shipped to us. We love to hear back from you letting us know what works and doesn't work. We have listened to your ideas and you will see the evidence of that in some of the new products this year. Our goal is to provide good quality items for as reasonably as we can and get them to you when you need them. Help us help you by staying in touch and keeping us going. KCP Products is not just a job to us but it is our ministry to KIDS HOPE USA and all the wonderful programs out there ministering to the children that need us.
